You will then have to arrange to send a letter, with a return addressed stamped envelope big enough to cover the copies and a money order to cover the cost. Copying at the courthouse is sometimes more expensive than taking to a copy place. If this is in Onslow County - the cost looks like it is 10 cents a page. I don't know how many pages you need,

I don't understand what you are trying to do. Did you just sign over custody to your parents? Was there a court order? Or did your parents try to adopt?

I don't know what you mean by your parents reneging. On what? If your parents had custody only then you were still required to support the child. Was there an order for child support and did you pay it? How else could you be arrested for arrearages?

I don't see how these documents will help in regard to child support. If you owe arrearages then your only option is to pay. If the arrearages are not correct, then you will have to get a family law attorney in Onslow or whatever county this hearing took place in (again, if you signed your rights over to your parents, I am not sure why a hearing would be held unless they needed a court order).
