Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in North Carolina
Credit card debt
Separated from spouse. Credit card is in his name only. He gave me the card to control, he never had the card. Since our separation he has somehow gotten the credit card to leave him alone and now he said they are going to prosecute me? Can they do that with my name not even on the card? He was fully aware of the card and me using it. Now he is lying saying he was unaware of all the charges.

Re: Credit card debt
If you get sued, you will need to consult an attorney. It will depend on the facts.
