credit card debt

Can a credit card debt that has been

turned over to an attorney for collection

put a lien on my property? This person

who calls claims to work for an attorney

and is not in my state of NC.

If the credit card company sues you and obtains a judgment, then they may be able to execute against your property. You would need to consult an attorney for your specific situation. A lien cannot be placed on your property for credit card debt without successfully suing you.
