Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in North Carolina

credit card dispute

I have asked the law firm representing the credit card co. to present me with copies of their documents/evidence. ( signatures & dates of transactions, etc) I received a letter from them say foregoing request is overly broad and unduly burdensome. Don't I have a right to see what they have?

Re: credit card dispute

You might need to make a motion to compel and set it for hearing.
