Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in North Carolina

credit card summons

I just a civil summons last nite from acredit card thst was issued to me when i was unemployeed and i told the company i had a job and they (the card company) sent the card anyway what so i did what any normal person would do use the card. The mortage company has already took my house and anything worth any thing. All i one is a 96 Jimmy with 195,000 miles an it 3 chinaillas and 2 sugargliders. also this was filed with surry county i don't live in that county anymore. an way should i witer the law office and the surry county court and tell them that if they want the truck and animals , they can have them, also can they put a freeze on what little bank acct i have? what about my small pay check can the court take it too?

You should see if you are eligible for legal aid in NC to assist you. I personally wouldn't admit anything. Also if they get a judgment against you, they would have to take steps to execute against your property and you would haev certain exemptions provided you file things in a timely manner. Do not ignore this and seek help so that you can protect your assets.
