my daughter ran up thousands of dollars on a credit card in my name and just stopped paying.she came to me today and told me and said asherriff came toher house with papers looking 4 me .whats going to happen to me?

If your daughter had your consent and you signed the credit card application, the card company can collect from you. It sounds like suit has been filed. You should see a lawyer to review options.
