It depends on facts which you do not relate. First, why is anyone taking money out of your bank account? This is not a good idea. I suggest that you have a chat with your bank and if necessary close your bank account. Second, why was Dish taking money out of your account? Did you owe them money? They obviously thought that you did. If you owed money to them, you probably are not going to get it back. If they have your account information, they are able to debit your account and you probably already gave them authorization to do that either when you applied for services or by paying your bill through a debit card or granting them access to your account.

I suggest that you close your account. Using a billpayer service where YOU direct who gets paid, when and how much is fine. NEVER give another company access to your bank account. And do not pay by debit cards if possible. And pay your bills on time to avoid them raiding your bank account.
