Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in North Carolina

hi my name is evelyn, i think that i am over charged from a loan company I have been paying for that load every since 2002 I only got 2000 dollars and they are charging me 4000and more. I need to know what to do about this. I when and got a statment today to see my payment that i have made and it is a lot of money i have paid already.

You do not provide very much information. Was this a payday loan? If not, what was the the interest rate? You say you have been paying since 2002, but have you only been paying the minimums? Any attorney would have to see the documents before they could conclude you were overcharged.
