My ex girlfriend an I purchased a car for her i co-signed and now that we have broken up she did a voluntary repo on the suv and wwe both have a $7000 debt my questioon is because she didnt consult with me about sending the suv back can i sue her or take any legal action towards her?

You can pay the $7000 that is owed or you can settle and they you can sue your ex-girlfriend for the amount that you had to pay.
