Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in North Carolina
I think someone need to look at Great Lakes Borrower Services racist busuness practices.Due to medical complications, I had to withdraw from online college and go into repayment status.Non taxable income isn't required, but the last few years I was forced to submit the income.I have emails that show their racist epithics.Can I sue based on discrimination due to faulty business practices?
