I have a attorney that has just contacted me about a judgment that was put on me 12yrs ago that I didn't know about he says that the judgment was filed in wayne county but in the just 2yrs I have purchsed 3 cars and a house I can not afford to have a jugdment on me at this time do I need to get a attorney to handle this for me and what kind of attorney should I get
