Hello my name is Lennie i recently bought a car off a lady for 600 dollars and i have the title in my name and the bill of sale signed by her, me, and a witness now she says i have not payed her i know she has no record of me paying her because i asked if she wanted a copy of the bill of sale she said no but she says she has witness but the only one was there lives with me so do you think she has a good case

Could she suffer from Alzheimer's or dementia?haven't see any of the documents so I can't say. Why did you not get a receipt or note on the bill of sale that she was paid $600? Why is she claiming that you have not paid when you have the title? Do you have any other documentation (for example a bank statement showing that you withdrew the funds right before you bought the car or a copy of a cancelled check if you paid by check)?
