Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in North Carolina

if a loan company has tooked you to court, and it got dismissed out because they didn't show up. can they do any thing after that. even if you paid on the loan that you owe. but they want more money.

Most likely, you still owe the debt, and they will be able to sue you again. You need to look at the dismissal order signed by the judge. If it just says 'dismissed', or 'dismissed without prejudice', they can sue again. This is normally what happens.
