Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in North Carolina

Can't locate lawyer for case.

I am being sued by CC and I know they have a few FDCPA violations in regards to my case, and that is just as far as I with no legal knowledge can tell, and I feel I can most likely win against them but I am too afraid to go at them myself.I am in Burke County, NC and cannot for the life of me find an attorney for consumer credit/debt near me.Any suggestions? Time is running out for me to file my answer to summons, please help!

Try legal aid or see if they can refer you to someone. File a motion for extension of time with the court which will give you an additional 30 days to answer. Otherwise, you would need to do the research yourself and file your answer with your counterclaims.
