Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in North Carolina

I am a North Carolina subcontractor (plumbing) I did a several thousand dollar plumbing job in a restaurant for a lady who is not only the contractor but she is also the restaurant owner. It has passed inspections and the restaurant is now open for business but she refuses to pay for my services. All my attempts at collection have failed, and she told me I would have to sue her to get paid. I filed a small claims suit against her and she has been served (today) . My question is this. Can I use my box truck as a billboard and paint "contractor (her name) owes X dollars to X plumbing company and will not pay" . If so, Can I park it on the street in front of her restaurant while I eat in the restaurant next door? Can I drive it around town all I want?

I would not do this. Let the legal process continue. You could end up being sued for libel and your attorneys' fees to defend that would eat up any money you might be able to collect.
