Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in North Carolina

I was overpaid due to accounting error. Now they are asking for the money back and asking for more than i can give.

I tried to tell them how much I could afford which was about $50.00 a week. The said I would need to pay $165.00 a week which would put me in a bad finical situation.
