You absolutely need a lawyer. The have a contractor's lien and they are going to take your property. There are no exemptions for a commercial judgment. Contact a lawyer asap to see if there is anything that can be done - or else pay the judgment.

I agree with Attorney Coleman. If this is a business, then the personal exemptions do not apply. You can either arrange to pay the judgment directly or see if the creditor is willing to work out a payment plan. While no one needs a lawyer, most people today do not change their own oil or fix leaky faucets or cut their own hair. They hire a professional instead. Legal work is no different - the lawyer has training and expertise in dealing with this and depending on who the creditor is and the law firm then it may be possible to work something out.

If this has gone to the execution stage then the sheriff is involved and any deals may have to go through the sheriff.
