Can payday loan company's have the right to go to your payroll department at your job and garnish or levy wages from your paycheck like the government can?..thnx...floyd

No. There is no wage garnishment in North Carolina for a debt of this type. Moreover, payday loans are illegal in North Carolina.

I suggest that you might want to contact the North Carolina Attorney General about this lender.
