can my personel property be taken over an 2000.00 dollar judgement?

It depends on what you have and whether you filled out your exemptions or not. If you owned a car or a piece of land free and clear, then possibly. However, what the creditor wants is money. They will freeze your bank account.
Better to get this resolved.
