Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in North Carolina

i have received a NOTICE OF RIGHT TO HAVE EXEMPTIONS DESIGNATED AND MOTION TO CLAIM EXEMPT PROPERTY served on me.

what could take place if i just ignor this ?

If you ignore it you will waive your exemptions. That would be foolish. For instance, if you had a car that could be exempted and you ignore this, your car could be sold. Please fill it out and seek help if you don't know how and return it within 20 days of being served to the courthouse while serving a copy on the Plaintiff's attorney.
