I recieved a motion to claim exempt property. Should I list my residence if it is in someone else name?

No. You only list stuff in your name. If a house or car is owned jointly with you and another person, you would list that, but not something entirely in someone else's name. The sheriff can't touch someone else's stuff.
If you want to more specifically go over the form or to talk about this debt and resolving it, I give free email consults. Any other work (reviewing the exemptions and helping you fill them out, discussing asset protection (like bank accounts) or settling the judgment would be done for a reasonable fee. Please contact me at [email protected] if you are interested.
