Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in North Carolina

I had a reposession 6 years ago and the auction sale did not satisfy the debt. Am I responsible for the difference?

Yes but if it was that long ago, you may have a statute of limitations defense; If you are receiving collection notices or have been sued, you should consult with an attorney in your area
