Small claims judgement

If I win judgement in small claims court (I have a wrtten promisary note agreement)what chances do I have on actually collecting the money back? What enforces the judgement? Is it even worth the time?

That is really hard to say. It depends on the debtor and their assets. You are responsible for enforcing the judgment through the court system. You have to send the debtor a notice of rights so they can claim their exemptions. Then you have to send the Sheriff out there to execute on any non-exempt property. You may want to call the Sheriff's office in the county the debtor lives to find out more about their procedures as to what they will try to take.
