ok i have been on ssi for 6 yr i won a claim from a hospital i worked at in oct i turned 65 they sent me a letter telling me i was over paid and they are taking my whole ck for 4 mo. and i will get 00.00 dollars until april is there anyu law to belp me if i owe it then i do but to take my whole ck ihave house bills and meds and this seem wrong to take my whole ck for 4 mo my preacher said sence iam 65 they can only take 10per cent is this so

I would not be getting legal advice from your preacher unless he is an attorney.
I don't know who "they" is that is taking money from your pay. I don't handle too much Social Security, but if Social Security has overpaid you and wants to recoup the overpayment, there are things you can do.
Go to your local Social Security office or go to the SSA website (www.ssa.gov). There is a form that must be submitted to request a waiver of the overpayment. If you do not qualify for a full waiver, then see if you can can work out a different repayment plan in which they will take less for an overpayment.
