Can I sue if a towing and recovery service repo'd the wrong car? I have two cars same make and model...different years. They took the wrong one and left me without a car for 6 days!

They are just a repo company. Do you think they bothered to check the year if you had 2 very similar cars? This ascribes to them a level of intelligence which I doubt they have.
I assume you can sue them for damage, but really, what was your damage? You had another car by your own admission. Maybe you can negotiate a reduction or waiver of their collection fee.
