Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in North Carolina

While waiting for my cable/internet bill to be posted online, I noticed that both of my services were labled as disconnected. I never asked for the services to be disconnected. My bill was never sent but yet, I still receive both services. Do I have to contact them? Are they entitled to charge me for that month?

Don't be an idiot. If the bill says the services are disconnected, then you need to call and find out why. I have no love for the cable company, but if you are getting the service then you ought to be paying for it.
