my wife and i got divorced, she has a car,which is titled to me, i let her drive ,now she has 2 others ,i want my car, can i repo this car. it was never mentioned in the divorce

Did you have some type of marital settlement agreement? If so, it should have mentioned who gets what, including this car. Or did you just get a divorce with no discussion of assets and debts?

Assuming the former, read the agreement. Assuming the latter, then, if you are correct that the car is just in your name (not hers at all), then, if you have a key and spot the car, then you can go and get it.
