Legal Question in Criminal Law in North Carolina

Im 21 and got caught purchasing alcohol for a minor. Im enrolled in undergrad. school and wish to seek to be a Doctor and join the Navy. I talked to inside informer in the Navy about it and it affects my eligibility to get into the program any suggestion on how to get out of it? Im in Greensboro NC

A good criminal attorney may be able to negotiate a deferment of the charges and then a dismissal. If the Charges are dismissed you would qualify for an expungement of all charges from your record.
