Legal Question in Criminal Law in North Carolina
what do you do when you have been accused of a crime but its taking almmost a year to prove it and still has not prove it and everytime you have a court date it gets pushed back because they don't have all medical records and the person has been in jail for 9 months what can be done or what should be done?
