Typically speaking one doesn't just get assaulted for no reason. Employers know this, which is likely why your job may be at risk. Rather than waste your time and more importantly, the courts time, with a lawsuit that even if you won, would likely just end in a judgment with about the same worth as used toilet paper, how about you just move on and try not to ever do to someone else whatever it was you did to cause the girl to assault you.
