do i need a attorney

i got charged with less than one half oz marijunan i was very coropertive .first time offence havent been in trouble for 24 years can some one tell me what i am faceing.

Probably, supervised probation with conditions, possibly a modest fine(but suspended), no jail time, and loss of driving privileges for six months(but with the option of a restricted privilege if you wish).
