Generally not a great idea put on evidence about a bi-polar condition if you are talking about evidence at trial since this diagnosis does not reduce your legal liability. If, however, you are presenting this as a mitigating factor at a sentencing hearing (after trial) then the actual records would be a benefit. Every case is different, and you should consult with a good attorney as to the specifics.
