Legal Question in Criminal Law in North Carolina
I bonded out my roommate through a bondsman in my area. A $25,000 bond...I paid little over $2,000. Roommate got upset and moved out and I have no knowledge if his where abouts. What can I do?

Chalk it up as an expensive life lesson - don't ever bond out anyone but family and even then be extremely cautious. I suppose you could go hunt him done 'dog style' but even then you'd likely not recover any of the $2,000.
