Legal Question in Criminal Law in North Carolina

my brother informs me that he owes money to a house mom living a few neighborhoods down. the money he owes is from buying a controlled substance. he says he isnt paying her anything because he hasnt bought anything. she is calling and texting him non stop threatening him by saying she wil send her husband and cop friend to get what is hers. she also said she has work record, school records, etc. and i dont know what that has to do with anything anyways. the last threat she texted that i saw was saying she was sending her husband to our house to beat it out of him. what action do i need take here?

You can contact the police and inform them of the harassment. ..but if you brother is involved in a drug sale, that information may be discovered by law enforcement
