Changing the names on a insurance policy.
My friend sister died and left an insurance policy for her mom's sister, and a brother. The other sister forged the dying sister name on a POA and had her 79 year old mother sign a document in a foreign country releasing all the money to her without the mother knowing what she was signing. when here mom arrived in the U.S to coolect her share of the insurance it was already paid out to the sister. She collected $100,000 and she denied receiving the oney. The insurance company andmit to paying the money. The sister that dies was single and no kids.
