Legal Question in Criminal Law in North Carolina
I am being charged with 2 felonies. (1) larceny by employee 820.00 and (2) obtaining property by false pretense 1 thousand dollars. Have served 80 days active time to go towards these charges. Got 2 shoplifting charges since then and have finished probation. No trouble for a year now and have gotten my life together. These charges are 3 years old. I have a court app. lawyer whom is not very helpful. What classes are these charges? and will I most likely get time or probation?
