Legal Question in Criminal Law in North Carolina
I was charged in 2008 with pswid/maintn/dwelling. Just this past week all charges were dismissed however when I went to receive property I was told that my money that was taken and my legally registered handgun was seized and I wouldn't get them back. Is this a legal procedure?
