Legal Question in Criminal Law in North Carolina
My Childs farther does not live with me and during the holidays he wrecked my house tried to snatch the wheel of my car while I was driving and stole my keys and wallet when I stopped the car. What can I do to get my keys and cash back and just keep him away? This is the 2nd time in a month he has jacked me for my wallet.
