I don't see a fraud case here. It is more likely they mistakenly gave you another customer's phone number and even if they did knowingly do it for some nefarious purpose, they are likely gonna claim they mistakenly did it and you will likely not be able to prove otherwise and even if you could, you likely do not have the financial resources to sue them. You can consult with a local attorney who can review your situation in more detail than can be done in a limited forum like this to lay out any options you may have but likely your only viable option is to just get a new number that is actually yours. As to how much of your personal info in is the 'wild' - very likely pretty much the same as everyone else who doesn't purposefully live off the grid or has the finances to ghost themselves. For $25 (or even for free if they know what they are doing) pretty much anyone with a computer that has internet access can find out anything they want to know about you. Best of luck.
