Legal Question in Criminal Law in North Carolina

I went to my court date for a small amount of marijuana and when they called my name I asked for a new court date but left before I was supposed to and now there's an order out for my arrest and I the first lawyer I talked to said it would be 800 to take care of everything and 250 to just get a recall on the order for my arrest.

$250 to recall an OFA is fairly standard maybe even on the cheap side - our firm charges $250 as well. $800 is also reasonable especially if it truly does cover everything including any possible court cost / fines.
