Legal Question in Criminal Law in North Carolina
My cousin got arrested for larceny of a motor vehicle which was a camper and he sold the camper to someone. Well the lady the camper actually belongs to said she would drop the chargers if she got her property back do my cousin Told the police who he sold it to. The cops went to the man's house and got the camper and was returned to the resl owner well the msn that boight the stolen camper is threating to press chargers if the family doesn't pay him back. My question is can the man really press chargers on my cousin for selling him stolen property
