Legal Question in Criminal Law in North Carolina
Criminal court procedure
I am just a little confused by the procedure in NC with regards to a felony case. My husband went through an invest. by CPS and then police... After several months, he was arrested, released on unsecured bail, had an araignment, and next is another court date. We have legal representation. My question is, what is the current court date for? Probable Cause? And does this mean that the case has already went before the grand jury?

Go back and resubmit your question for North Carolina. You submitted it for South Carolina. Every state is different and you need an attorney familiar with NC.
