What needs to be done to clear a warrant for a grand larceny charge in 1999. The person has a prior record and was on probation at the time the warrant was issued?

That would depend on the reason for the warrant. Typically, a felony warrant needs to be executed if the case is still active. Having said this, contact a local attorney for specific jurisdictional information as it may be possible to avoid the warrant being served.
