Legal Question in Criminal Law in North Carolina

My Daughter was just charged with 3565 Felony PWIMSD HEROIN 90-95(A)(1)
3565 Felony PWIMSD HEROIN 90-95(A)(1)
3437 Felony SELL/DELIVER HEROIN 90-95(A)(1)
She sold 1gr of herion to someone and they set her up having a undercover cop in the car at the time of the event and yes money exchanged hands and during the pat down they found another 1gr of herion in her pockets.also 2 weeks prior she was charged with less half oz of marijuana and break and entering her past constist of prescription meds like codine,zyanx and quite a few underage drinking and driving while dl revoked. She is 21 at the present and we are in North Carolina do you feel a court appt lawyer is enough and also do you feel she will just get probation or have to serve a prison term of some sort. Thanks for any light you can share on this info.
