Legal Question in Criminal Law in North Carolina
My daughter has taken my debit card and withdrew money out of my account without my permission. This is not the first time, and she swears she didn't do it. My bank says for me to do a dispute, but how do I go about making her be held accountable for taking my money, she is 21. I didn't give her my card, she took it out of my purse and then put my card back without me knowing.

If you are certain she is stealing then you already know the answer to this. Your choices are to put up with her stealing from you or to go to your local magistrates office and swear out a warrant.
