Legal Question in Criminal Law in North Carolina

My daughter is being harassed at school and through social media. She has been threatened with things such as they will stab, kill, shoot, and beat her up. What sort of legal actions can I take?

First, report this to the school and the police. These actions are crimes under NC law. You may have potential lawsuits but suing a minor may not be worth doing. You would need to see if a parent could be held responsible. See a lawyer in your area, but make sure you report these acts to the school and the police.
