deliquency of a minor?
is supplying your child with cigarettes considered contributing to the delinquency of as minor? since when should the goverment invade your right to raise your child as you see fit?

Yes. You must be 18 to buy/smoke. If you give cigarettes to your child, you can be charged with a contributing offense. The government can invade your right to parent as you see fit anytime you raise your child contrary to THE LAW. Look around you. There is not much of a constitution left.
