Legal Question in Criminal Law in North Carolina
If i go to the DMV to get a license or state ID with outstanding warrants for a court date I have already rescheduled, will i be arrested on-site

If you have outstanding warrants and go to DMV - you will likely be arrested. Not sure what you mean by 'rescheduled' if you miss a court date and get an order for arrest (warrant) the court doesn't normally 'reschedule' things for you but if they did and the warrants were not also recalled you showing up at DMV will likely get you tossed into the pokey.
