Expungement of Felony Conviction

What would be the correct way to go about attempting to have a felony conviction either expunged or set aside? What is the cost of such an action?

You need to file a motion for expunction in the county where your criminal case was. The county clerk should be able to tell you how much that would cost. However, if really a felony conviction then not eligilbe for expunction or nondisclosure.
