Expungment

I want to know if I can get my one and only charge expunged from my record. I was 29 years old (2002)when I was convicted of Felony Laracey. I have completed my probation and all things related to the conviction. I have not had a record before or after this charge. It happen in Charlotte, NC Mecklenburg County

Re: Expungment

Section 22-5-910 of the South Carolina Code for Expungements states:

(A) Following a first offense conviction in a magistrates court or a

municipal court, the defendant after three years from the date of the

conviction may apply, or cause someone acting on his behalf to apply, to

the circuit court for an order expunging the records of the arrest and

conviction. However, this section does not apply to:
